How To Steam
How to Yoni Steam:
Only three ingredients are needed: a Stainless-Steel Basin or Glass Bowl, water, a heat source and some aligned herbs from Mystic Essentials
We do not recommend ever steaming for longer than 30min per session. Add approximately 6 cups of filtered/spring water to a large pot and mix in one ounce of your Mystic Essentials herb pack. The herbs are brewed in a steam pot or pot on your stove at medium-high for approximately 10-13 minutes. Remove from stove and carefully pour contents into your bowl which will be placed under you or under your open seated chair. Use blankets or and sheets wrapped around your torso to create a kind of sweat lodge for your lower torso. You sit/squat for about 30 minutes and receive the moist warmth of the healing steam. It enters your body directly through your yoni and penetrates to your uterus, pelvis, and even up through a deep central channel connecting to your heart so you can feel better in your body and your life. Pick the mantras that call to you and recite them to yourself during your steam. It is typical to steam before and following your menses, avoid your ovulation week, 2-3 steams per month is ok. If you have no underlying conditions 1-2 steams per month is ideal. Whenever you feel of centered or just need a self-care day to sit in your feminine power.

Before you Steam
24hrs before please limit your red meat and processed sugar intake as well as alcohol. Drink Spring Water with every meal and try to get a couple of cups of Tea in as well – Chamomile or Ginger Honey. Get some seeded grapes in your system (muscadine or other) as well as plums and/or peaches.
After you Steam
You may feel extremely relaxed, emotional, or tired. Hydrate with some great reproductive health herbal Tea (chilled):
- Red Raspberry Leaf is known as a uterine tonic for helping to support and tone the uterus. It may relieve menstrual cramping and pain and reduce heavy period flows.

- Cornsilk is a drying herb, which is particularly beneficial for fibroid healing.
- Oat Straw is a gentle herb used for calming the central nervous system, stress reduction, and it is also associated with reduced cramping and PMS.
- Ginger is great for supporting detoxification.
Try to have fresh yoni forward fruits: Kiwi, Papaya, Pomegranate, Dates, Apricots, Passion fruit and Dragon fruits. Go easy on the processed sugar and red meat for at least 48 hrs. Take a bath and gently self-massage your lower abdomen to ease any discomfort as you might experience flatulence/increased bowel movements.
Avoid Irritants: Refrain from using scented products/soaps or tight clothing in the genital area as they can potentially irritate the sensitive skin, be gentle and mindful with your Yoni
