Refunds & Exchanges

Shipping:

We ship within the United States and internationally to select countries. Orders typically process within 2–4 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our product offerings we do not approve refunds nor exchanges... If your items were "damaged" in transit you must file a claim with the shipping service selected when purchased.

Pre-Order Item Returns:

For pre-order items and custom items, we do not accept refund requests once the order has been made or if we have already begun the creation process.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, eBooks, nor feminine hygiene products. Kindly note that items such as crystals, incense and including our steam herbs, yoni soaps, or other feminine hygiene products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to purchase.
